This Privacy Statement applies to and/or any Website owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Lunda Safaris Tanzania Ltd. Tanzania (referred to in this Privacy Statement as the “Site”). This Site is intended for use by persons who are over 18 years of age. By using this Site, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection

When you browse the Site and have not registered for any online service from Click4Safari, you browse anonymously. Personal Information is not collected as you browse. “Personal Information” is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including but not limited to a first and last name; email address; a home, postal or other physical address; or other contact information. When you register for or request any Site service, or when you complete the Guest Information Form online after you have reserved a journey, you may be asked to provide us with Personal Information which is used to enhance your Site experience, expedite communications, allow you to receive electronic/postal mailings from Click4Safari, or help facilitate your travel with Click4Safari. Additionally, we may request your destination and travel interest, which allows us to further personalize your Site and email messages. We may also use this Personal Information in aggregate to generate market research reports. Demographic data such as age, gender and interests provided by Google are collected and used to analyse our Site visitors through Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. Google Remarketing ads are advertised to Site visitors that have visited specific pages on the Site We may share Personal Information with law enforcement agencies if there is a criminal investigation or suspected illegal activity, to protect the rights and property of Click4Safari; to investigate reports of fraud or of users sending material using a false email address or users sending harassing, threatening, or abusive messages; to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Site; or during emergencies, such as when we believe someone’s physical safety is at risk.

Use of Information

We may use Personal Information you have given us with any of our group of companies (including our parent companies and any of our subsidiaries or commonly owned companies) to, for example, provide a service, ensure proper booking, measure consumer interest in our various products and services and inform you about products and services. Registration for Online Products & Services In order to service you on the Site, we may request that you voluntarily supply us with Personal Information for purposes such as correspondence, Site registration, or participating in Site surveys and/or contests. If you are known to us as a registered user of a Click4Safari Site, we may combine information about your use of Site products or services with certain other online and offline information we have about you as a Click4Safari customer as well as information available from external sources in order to customize your Site experience and present you with relevant online and offline communications.


If you use the Site, we utilize “cookies” that enable us to monitor traffic patterns and to serve you more efficiently if you revisit the Site. A cookie does not identify you personally but it does identify your computer. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie and this will provide you with an opportunity to either accept or reject it in each instance. There are two types of cookies, session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary cookie files, which are erased when you close your browser. IP Addresses

Click4Safari collects the IP addresses (the Internet Protocol address, which is a numerical label assigned to each device on the Internet) used to access our Site and the dates and times of access. This information is used to analyse trends, administer the Site, track a user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not personally linked to identifiable information.


Click4Safari may send you emails based on Personal Information you provided, both online and through your transactions with us. These emails may come directly from Click4Safari or from a company we have engaged on our behalf. You can opt-out of receiving marketing email from Click4Safari as described below in the section entitled: “Declining Email.” When we send you email, we may use your email address to identify information about your receipt of the email, including whether the communication was opened, how many times it was viewed and whether you clicked on an embedded hyperlink to reach a particular web page. This information is used to measure response rates to email communications as well as enhance your Site experience. Click4Safari does not provide your Personal Information to our business partners. However, we may send you offers on behalf of our business partners. If you take advantage of an offer from a Click4Safari business partner and become their customer, they may independently wish to send emails to you. In this case, you will need to inform them separately if you wish to decline receiving future emails from them.

Declining Email

Click4Safari provides all recipients with a means to decline receiving marketing email. At any time, you may request to discontinue receiving email from Click4Safari by following the opt-out instructions included at the bottom of all Click4Safari marketing email and informing us of your preference.


When you enter a contest or other promotional feature on the Site, we may ask for your Personal Information so that we can administer the contest and notify winners. Participation in these contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose the required information. Click4Safari cannot, therefore, be liable for death, personal injury or any other loss that may occur (1) due to any act or omission of any such supplier, (2) by reason of any other event over which it has no control. No Materials from the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of site Materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Modification of the Materials or use of the Materials for any other purpose is a violation of Click4Safaris’ copyright and other proprietary rights. Limitation of Liability

4. Marks & Logo Usage

Before granting permission to download, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, frame, hyperlink to, transmit, or distribute Click4Safari trademarks, logos, data, text, pricing, software, photographs, graphics, images, videos, illustrations, designs, icons, related documentation and content (referred to collectively in this Marks & Logo Usage agreement as the “Marks”) from the www. and/or any Web site (referred to as the “Site”) owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Click4Safari, or before you begin to use the Marks, we need to establish what you can expect from Click4Safari, and what we expect from You (the “undersigned”). You acknowledge by your access to your Web site and acceptance of this Agreement that You are an authorized representative of your company and its products and services.

Use and Quality Standards

Click4Safari authorizes you to use the Marks as presented on the Site, and the associated goodwill, in connection with your promotion and distribution of the Click4Safari products and services. You may not alter or sell any Marks or grant any other person or entity any right to use the Marks, unless otherwise agreed to by Click4Safari. You agree that your use of all of the Marks will conform to the quality standards set by and under the control of Click4Safari. Click4Safari discourages rebating and other forms of price discounting. By using any Marks, You agree not to advertise or promote Click4Safari products or services at less than published rates. If there is a violation, and you do not follow the guidelines specified in this agreement, Click4Safari reserves the right to take legal action in the interest of protecting the integrity of the Click4Safari brand. From time to time, the Marks posted by Click4Safari on the Site may be updated by Click4Safari without notice. You agree to use the most current version of the Marks available on the Site. You agree to check the Marks on the Site regularly for changes or discontinuance of any Mark, but in no event less frequently than monthly. Prior to your use of any Mark, You agree to submit a specimen of the proposed use of the Mark to Click4Safari for approval. You agree to discontinue the use of any Mark that Click4Safari deems inappropriate.


You acknowledge that, as between you and Click4Safari, Click4Safari owns all right, title and interest in and to the Marks and their associated goodwill. You further acknowledge that the Marks have acquired secondary meaning in the minds of the public. You receive no rights to the Marks, express or implied, except the limited use rights of this Agreement. You will not register, directly or indirectly, any trademark, service mark, trade name, company name, Internet domain name or other proprietary or commercial right that is identical or confusingly similar to the Marks or that constitute translations thereof. Upon Click4Safari’ request, you will execute the instruments that may be appropriate to register, maintain or renew the registration of the Marks in Click4Safari’ name within the territory you are authorized to distribute the Click4Safari products and services.


You will immediately notify Click4Safari if you learn (i) of any potential or actual infringement of the Marks by a third party or (ii) that the use of the Marks may infringe the proprietary rights of a third party. Click4Safari will determine the steps to be taken under these circumstances. You agree to (i) provide Click4Safari with the assistance that Click4Safari may reasonably request and (ii) take no steps on its own without Click4Safari’ prior approval.

Warranty; Disclaimer of Warranty

The Marks are provided on an “as is” basis. All warranties or conditions with respect to the Marks, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, satisfactory quality, are hereby overridden, excluded and disclaimed. Under no circumstances will Click4Safari be liable for any consequential, indirect, special or incidental damages or losses, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, based on your claims or those of your dealers or customers (including claims for loss of goodwill, profit, use of money, stoppage of work or other impairment of assets), arising out of breach or failure of warranty, breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence, strict liability in tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Click4Safari’ total liability for all damages, losses and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise exceed the amount paid by you to Click4Safari, if any, for the use of the marks.

Compliance with Law

You will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your use of the Marks complies with all applicable laws and regulations where you promote and distribute the Click4Safari products and services.


You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Click4Safari and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, shareholders and directors (referred to in this Marks & Logo Usage agreement as “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any liability, loss, damage, demand, claim, cost, judgment, award, interest, penalty and expense resulting from, based upon, arising out of or relating to any claims, suits, actions, charges or proceedings brought against the Indemnified Parties arising from any third-party claim that your use of the Marks infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of a third-party.


Your rights to use the Marks will terminate immediately and without notice if (i) you fail to cure any breach of this Agreement within thirty (30) days of Click4Safari’ or its affiliates’ notice or (ii) you cease to be an authorized distributor of Click4Safari products and services for any reason. Upon termination, you will (i) cease all use of the Marks and (ii) destroy or return to Click4Safari, at Click4Safari’ option, any items bearing a Mark. You further agree that (i) all goodwill associated with the Mark has and will inure to the benefit of Click4Safari and (ii) You will not be entitled to any compensation or other payment upon termination of this Agreement for any reason.


This Agreement, and the distribution agreement that You may have with Click4Safari or its affiliates states the entire agreement between us with respect to the Marks and overrides all prior statements, terms and representations. In the event of any conflict between your distribution agreement and this Agreement, this Agreement will prevail. If any provision of this Agreement is declared unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remainder of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect.

5. Terms & Conditions

1. Contract

Your contract is with Lunda Safaris Tanzania Ltd. We draw your attention to the following terms and conditions, which cover all brochures and correspondence and all bookings made with us. Any contract with Click4Safari is subject to these terms and conditions from which no person has the authority to depart. Before making a booking with Click4Safari you must ensure that you have read and understood these booking conditions (raising any queries you may have with Click4Safari). By asking us to confirm your booking you are liable to be regarded as having had the opportunity to do so and to have actually done so before the contract between the parts comes into existence.

2. Booking procedure

Click4Safari will create a tailor made holiday to suit your personal needs. A binding contract comes into existence between us when: a. Click4Safari receives a deposit of 30% of the quote price, or b. when Click4Safari receives full payment of the holiday when the booking is made less than 4 weeks before your departure date. No contract will exist between the parties until such monies have been received. Click4Safari require full payment to be made for your holiday 30 days prior to the departure date. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to the departure date, Click4Safari reserves the right to cancel your holiday and apply the cancellation charges set out in paragraph 5. Cancellation will be without penalty to Click4Safari and Click4Safari will have no further liability to you. If however, you have already provided us with your credit or debit card details whether this was to make a payment on account or not, and you do not specifically notify Click4Safari in writing to the contrary prior to the date upon which any balance becomes payable by you, you agree that Click4Safari may use such credit or debit card details to obtain payment of any balance due by you under this agreement. The lead booking name is liable for making full payment for all persons in the booking party and all those in the booking party agree to be bound by conditions (including anyone added or substituted at a later stage). It is the responsibility of the lead booking name responsible for making the booking to ensure all in their party are aware of and have read these terms and conditions. If you accept Click4Safari’ quote in respect of your holiday you must make a payment of 30% of the total price of the quote when you confirm your trip with Click4Safari in writing. A delay in acceptance of the quote may result in a variation of the holiday price. Where the proposed departure date is within 4 weeks of the quote being given Click4Safari requires full payment at the time of your written acceptance of the quote. All bank charges are to be settled by the client or agent respectively. This includes transaction fees charged by our bank. The amount shown on the invoice is the amount that needs to reflect in Click4Safari’ account and should bank charges have been deducted, we would have to invoice you subsequently.

3. Medical conditions and disabilities

If you or any members of your party have any medical problem or disability which may affect your holiday, please tell Click4Safari representative before you confirm your booking so that the company can advise as to the suitability of the chosen arrangements. In any event, you must give Click4Safari full details in writing at the time of booking. If Click4Safari reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, Click4Safari reserves the right to decline the booking or, if full details are not given at the time of booking, cancel when we become aware of these details.

4. Documentation

Please carefully read your confirmation invoice, tickets and all other documentation Click4Safari sends you as soon as you receive them. Contact Click4Safari immediately if any information appears to be incorrect as it may not be possible to make changes later. Click4Safari regrets the company cannot accept any liability if not notified of any inaccuracy in any documentation within 7 days of sending it out. You will be responsible for any costs and expenses involved in rectifying any inaccuracies except where Click4Safari made the mistake.

5. Cancellation by you

Cancellation of a holiday must be made in writing and is effective from the date we receive the written notification. In all cases of cancellation the deposit and any amendment charges will be forfeited. Cancellation charges are expressed at a percentage of quoted prices as follows:

All cancellations must be received in writing. As all suppliers charge cancellation fees, they are in turn passed on to client/agent. Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in number of occupancy are subject to cancellation and no-show fees. Following is the scale for cancellation charges: a. Between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival of the client: 30% of the rates applicable per person/bed night will be charged. During High Season (Jun-Oct and Dec-Mar), the same will apply. b. Between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival of the client: 50% of the rates applicable per person/bed night will be charged. During High Season (Jun-Oct and Dec-Mar), the same will apply. c. Between 07 days and 48hours prior to arrival of the client or in case of No Show: 100% of the rates applicable per person/bed night will be charged. d. For any bookings that fall within the Easter/Christmas Supplement period, full cancellation will be charged for all the bed nights cancelled. e. All reservations, cancellations and/or amendments must be made in writing to Lunda Safaris Tanzania Ltd. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy you may be able to reclaim these charges. Notwithstanding the above, if Click4Safari have issued your domestic airline tickets and you choose at any time to cancel them then Click4Safari will not refund you any monies for these tickets.

6. Pricing Itineraries

The price of your itinerary will be based on known costs at the date of issue of the itinerary. At any time before a full payment of your holiday has been made Click4Safari reserves the right to levy a surcharge where costs have changed since the date of issue of the itinerary. Click4Safari will absorb amounts up to 2% of the total holiday price and surcharge any amount greater than 2%. Should the surcharge exceed 10% of the total holiday price before 60 days of arrival date you are entitled to cancel the holiday and receive a full refund of all moneis paid. Click4Safari reserves the right to make changes to and correct errors in advertised prices at any time before your holiday is confirmed. We will advise you of any errors of which the company is aware and of the then applicable price at the time of booking. Matters influencing a surcharge would include, but are not limited to, increases in transportation costs e.g. fuel, scheduled air fares and any other airline surcharges, taxes or fees payable for services such as landing taxes, or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports or airports, or increases in park fees, reserve fees or concession fees.

7. Amendments by you

If you wish to change your itinerary after a deposit has been made Click4Safari will do its utmost to make the changes required, provided that notification is received in writing. Every change is subject to a fee depending on your amendments.

8. Cancellation by Click4Safari LTD.

Click4Safari reserves the right in any circumstances to cancel your holiday for any reason at any time before full payment has been received. Click4Safari cannot accept liability or pay compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the company’s contractual obligations is prevented or affected by, or you suffer any damage or loss as a result of force majeure. In these booking conditions force majeure means any event which we or the supplier of services in question could not even with all due care foresee or avoid. Such events are likely to include war, threat of war, civil strife, riot, civil disorder/unrest, industrial dispute, actual or threat of terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, breakout of an epidemic or pandemic disease, technical problems with transport, cancelation or amendment to any scheduled flight, closure, congestion of airports or ports, adverse weather conditions and all similar events outside our control. In the circumstances amounting to force majeure Click4Safari will not refund any money to you although if Click4Safari can recover any monies from our suppliers the company will refund these to you.

9. Amendments by Lunda Safaris Tanzania Ltd.

It is unlikely that Click4Safari will have to make any changes to your holiday although the company reserves the right to make changes at any time. Most of these changes are minor and Click4Safari will advise you of these in writing at the earliest possible date. When a major change is necessary such as the alteration of your outward or return flights by more than 12 hours or a significant change in the standard of accommodation, provided it does not arise from conditions amounting to force majeure or as a result of an amendment to a scheduled airline timetable, you will have the choice of accepting the new arrangements, taking another holiday with Click4Safari or cancelling your holiday and receiving a full refund of all monies paid. Compensation will not be payable and no liability beyond offering the above mentioned choices can be accepted where Click4Safari are forced to make a change or cancel as a result of unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which Click4Safari could not have avoided even with all due care. No compensation will be payable and the above mentioned options will not be available if Click4Safari cancel as a result of your failure to comply with any requirement of these booking conditions entitling Click4Safari to cancel, or if the change is a minor one. A minor change is a change which, taking into account the information you give Click4Safari at the time of booking or which Click4Safari can reasonably be expected to know as a tour operator, the company would not reasonably expect to have a significant effect on your confirmed holiday. No compensation is payable for children aged 3 and under. Please note Click4Safari cannot accept any liability for any damage, loss, expense or other sums of any description, which: a. on the basis of the information given to Click4Safari by you concerning your booking prior to our accepting it, Click4Safari could not have foreseen you would suffer or incur if we breached our contract with you, or b. did not result from any breach of contract or any other fault by Click4Safari or its employees, or where Click4Safari is responsible for them our suppliers. Additionally Click4Safari cannot accept liability for any sums which relate to any business losses.

10. Carriers

Carriage by air and sea is subject to the terms and conditions of the carriers with whom you are travelling and to international conventions. Click4Safari accepts no liability whatsoever for cancellations, strikes, time table changes, diversions, technical issues unrelated to Click4Safari, lost or mislaid luggage, rescheduling costs, missed accommodation, or delays which result from any operational decision of the carrier concerned. Click4Safari accepts no liability for death, injury or illness that derives from carriage by air or sea.

11. Your Responsibility

You must ensure that your travel documents, passports, visas and vaccination certificates are in order and that you ensure that you have taken the advice of your GP with regard to inoculations. We refer in particular to our pre-departure information sheet. Click4Safari will offer general advice but cannot be held responsible if you do not comply with current requirements before your departure. Click4Safari does not accept liability for any advice given of a general nature prior to the holiday commencing. You are responsible for a timely check in for all flights and for presenting yourself to take up all pre-booked components of your holiday. No credit or refund will be given to you should you fail to take up any component of your holiday or if you lose any travel documents. Click4Safari draws your attention to the fact that there are certain inherent risks involved in all of the holidays to Africa that we supply and these must be accepted by you at your own risk. 12. Insurance

Click4Safari requires clients to purchase travel insurance. The clients ensures to take out adequate insurance, including, death, medical and evacuation insurance, to cover any loss or damages.

13. The law

The above booking terms and conditions together with all correspondence form part of your contract with Click4Safari. This contract and any matters arising from it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Tanzania law and the courts of Tanzania shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any and all proceedings between the parts either relating to our contract or arising out of it.

14. Waiver of Claim against Introducer

If you have been referred to Click4Safari by another part (for example a travel agent) you agree to hold them blameless and waive any and all claims against such party. Any issues you may have must be directed to Click4Safari and dealt with under the terms of the contract.

15. Problems

If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant organiser (camp/hotel manager/Safari guide) immediately and he will endeavour to put things right. If your problem cannot be resolved you need to contact Click4Safaris’ office so that the company has the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem.

16. Baggage

At any time, all baggage and personal effects are at the client’s responsibility and the Company does not accept any liability for any loss or damage of any personal effects, howsoever arising. * Please notice that on our trekking tours and on some “bush” flights other baggage regulations may apply. – Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris. – Baggage on internal flights is strictly limited to 15kgs per person (including hand luggage). – Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in.

17. Risk

Click4Safari and its owner, director, management staff and employees shall not be held responsible for any injury or death to persons on tour, nor for loss or damage to personal property, however they may be caused. Click4Safari draws your attention to the fact that there are certain inherent risks present when on Safari, or when engaging in any strenuous physical activity. It is your sole responsibility to obtain appropriate medical advice as to medication, immunization, and whether or not you are fit enough to undertake the trip, prior to departure. The company shall not be liable for illness, injury or death sustained whilst visiting the properties owned and managed by Click4Safari.

18. Authority on Tour

The decisions of Click4Safari’ guide / driver on tour shall at all times be final and binding. * The client must at all times comply with the laws, customs and foreign exchange regulations of all countries visited.

19. Marketing

Click4Safari reserves the right to use any photographs and videos taken during tours for marketing or any other advertising material. The client hereby gives consent to use such photographs and authorises the Company to retain copyright for these photographs and such material.

20. Price changes

All Click4Safari’ prices are based on the current national park fees and taxes. Should the authorities decide on increasing fees and taxes, even though they might currently not be scheduled, we would subsequently have to pass on these increases to you.

21. Access

Click4Safari cannot be held responsible for road and airstrip conditions, which may make travel impossible at times. Any changes to the initial itinerary are subject to the conditions and rates outlined above, despite any access matters or weather conditions.

22. Force Majeure

“Force Majeure ” means, in relation to Click4Safari, any circumstances beyond the control of the company (including and without limitation, acts of God, explosions, floods, tempests, fires, accidents, war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions or other outwards occurrences) If Lunda Safaris Tanzania Ltd. is affected by force majeure it shall forthwith notify you of the nature and extent thereof. The company shall not be deemed to be in breach of these items and conditions or otherwise be liable to you, by reason of delay in performance, or by non-performance, of any of its obligations hereunder to the extent that any such delay or non-performance is due to any force majeure. If Lunda Safaris Tanzania Ltd. is affected by force majeure it shall be entitled to, and may at its sole and absolute discretion, vary or cancel any reservations or arrangement in relation to the visits. Payment of any refund by Click4Safari to you as result of the non-performance of any company shall use its reasonable endeavours to reimburse you where possible. However, Click4Safari shall be entitled to deduct from any refund recoverable to the reasonable actual and potential costs to the company of the force majeure.

23. Disputes

If you have any cause of complaints while traveling, you must immediately bring it to the attention of Click4Safaris’ management on email or phone: +34 646 944 257 or +34 646 944 257.

24. Consent

The payment of the deposit or any other partial payment for a reservation constitutes consent to all provisions of the Terms and Conditions. The Terms under which you agree to make the reservation cannot be changed or amended unless this is done in writing and signed by an authorized staff of Click4Safari.

Online Credit Card:

It is the fastest method, there is a 4% bank surcharge that you need to add on top of the total amount, but there are no additional bank costs apart from this. If you wish to pay by credit card, then please click on the link that will be sent to you on with the program and quote and insert your details. As soon as you enter your details, you will get an online receipt, which is a proof of your payment.

  1. Why should I make payment using credit card?

Credit card payment is the fastest method of making payments to us without going through many banks’ procedures. Once you make the payment, we immediately get an approval. These methods assist us to confirm your reservations promptly. There is an additional bank charge of 4% as mentioned below. There are no other hidden costs.

  1. Which types of Credit cards are accepted?

We accept only Master and Visa Card.

  1. How do I know that my credit card payment is secured?

Your credit card payment is completely secured. We use a link that is sent directly by the bank/online payment company. The website is HTTPS, which stands for Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure. Also, we do not take credit card numbers from you, it needs to be filled up by you using the bank/online payment company website directly.

  1. Why is there 4% charge?

The 4% charge is a bank/online payment company charge. These charges are not applied by Click4Safari but by the bank/online payment company. In Tanzania, the bank/online payment company charge supplement of 4% for paying by credit card.

  1. How do I receive the link?

It’s simple, it will appear on the sent quote once requested by you.

  1. How do I know my credit payment has gone through?

Once you insert the details in the secured website, you will automatically see an approval on the website and online receipt which you need to print and save it for your records. Please send us the payment receipt on email so that we can confirm your booking immediately.

  1. 7. What happens if my credit card transaction fails?

If your transaction fails, then you need to contact your bank to authorize the payment to Tanzania. Most of the time, banks put a caveat on transaction that they feel are fraudulent especially in countries like Tanzania. All you need to do is inform your bank regarding your transaction and you need to try again.


Direct Wire Transfers:

Below are all the bank details that you will require to transfer the funds to our account. If you pay using this method, you need to bear all the bank charges as we have no provisions of bank charges in the cost. When transferring the funds, please ensure that our final bank account name is mentioned in the transfer copy. Once we get the swift copy, we shall send it to the bank to follow up. This mode of payment takes a minimum of 7 working days for the funds to arrive in our account.
